All orders are secured when payment is made through Venmo or Cash App and not until. That is how you secure the date/time. No same day orders.

YES! A Delivery Fee will apply and varies based on your location. Please include your delivery address on your Order Request Form for an accurate add-on to your board order. Note, it is not always available and it is never available on large order pickup days like holidays.
One of the best parts of a Charcuterie Board is trying new things and sampling different surprises, so we love to offer a variety of options on every board. But if you have food allergies or other NO WAY foods, we can discuss your preferences after your reservation has been confirmed. (Additional charges may apply)

All sales are final. No refunds. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you need to cancel an order, 1 week notice is required and it is up to the discretion of The Chic to determine if you are eligible for a 50% refund (on the off chance that other orders weren’t turned away while your date was reserved and ingredients weren’t purchased yet).
